Downloaders break for predictable reasons: Instagram changes something, a link format shifts, a CDN starts refusing requests. Reports genuinely help, and a detailed one saves hours of guessing.

• The exact link you pasted, copied rather than retyped from memory.
• Which tool you used — video, Reels, photo, carousel, audio, or profile picture.
• The error message on screen, word for word if you can manage it.
• Your device and browser: iPhone 15 with Safari, Pixel with Chrome, Windows with Edge.
• Whether it fails every time or only sometimes.

Before writing: if the message mentioned an expired link, paste the post URL again. Instagram signs its file addresses and they time out, so a fresh lookup fixes that particular failure in seconds.

We do not host any Instagram media, so there is rarely a file here to remove — but if your work is involved we will help you reach the party that can act. Send the details listed on the copyright page and you will get a prompt reply.
